Q. I don't know my tolerance to infused cannabis foods or "edibles".  Where should I start?
A. The common current model suggests 10mg as one dose.  Depending on your current usage / tolerance of cannabis as well as the manner in which you consume it, your personal dose may be between 5mg - 30mg.  The ways in which our endocannabinoid systems work varies greatly between bodies.  Infused foods, even for regular consumers, can take up to 90 minutes for any effect and that effect may last between 2-4 hours.  
We suggest you start with 5-10mg if you're new to ingesting cannabis and that will be your dose for the day.  If you do not feel the effects, add another 5mg to your dose on the next day you choose to ingest.  Continue this pattern until you reach your desired relief.
Remember that you can always eat more, but you can't eat less!
